Within the deep recesses of many of us lurks a creature. This creature seeks freedom from the cultural normalities of our society. This creature wants to be free. Free to wander as it wills. If it wants to go poop in the woods, so be it. If it finds joy in hiding behind a bush and chucking pinecones at unsuspecting passerbys, then it will. If It yearns to scamble across the majestic mountain slopes exploring every nook and cranny, and then explore every stream, river, and lake, chasing ducks along the way, ok then. Catching snakes, minnows, and snipes is no big thing, nor is rain, snow, the desert heat, or the darkness of night. It loves thunderstorms and the wind. When it lies down at night, it stares upon the full moon and all the wonderous constellations, the glowing yellow eyes of all it's brothren in the dark recesses of the forest. It listens to the wind, and converses with the chatter of it's wild family. It enjoys the cool breeze, the softness of grass underneath, and even the stickiness of tree sap stuck to it's paws. And finally it is lulled to sleep by the intoxicating scent of pines and fallen rain. Do you perhaps believe that you just might be one of us? If so, come along. We will show you our ways and our hearts. Dont be afraid. We will be family, and we will take care of one another, for deep down we all are one.
